ABSTRACT

It is shown that the rate of the genotype’s impact in the total impact of all other factors dictating the rate and variability of characteristics depending on the population varies with respect to the grain weight per area unit from 18.3 to 37.6%, the total grain hardness from 9.6 to 27.2%, the content of gluten in flour from 8.8 to 23.7%, and the IDK-1 (Gluten Deformation Gauge) rate from 8.5 to 48.1%.
