ABSTRACT

A study was carried out on the effectiveness of sulfuric acid leaching of hot calcine, obtained as a result of reductive roasting of the manganese ore from Karamola deposit. Experimental parameters, such as temperature, time, pulp ratio (ratio of Liquid to Solid) and concentration of acid were studied. Optimum parameters of manganese-electrolysis-process were also found.
