ABSTRACT

The paper presents some findings of a study of the process of mixing thermoplastic pastes based on powders of aluminum and silicon nitrides, silicon and tungsten carbides, and paraffin for the use as feedstock for injection molding of ceramic and cermet products. The process of mixing thermoplastic pastes is found to be influenced by dispersion, morphological features, and specific weight of the powders. More... »
