A method is proposed for calculating the spectrum of Lyapunov exponents for spatially distributed beam-plasma systems simulated by the large particle method. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the example of an electron reference system consisting of a Pierce diode and a model of a low-voltage vircator as a source of broad-band microwave radiation.
