ABSTRACT

The laws of fatigue hardening, softening, and fracture of coarse-grained, submicrocrystalline (SMC), and nanocrystalline nickel-based metallic materials are briefly reviewed. The cyclic strength of SMC nickel obtained by means of hydrostatic pressing has been studied.
