ABSTRACT

The effects of pentafluoroethane, trifluoromethane, perfluorobutane, and AKM inhibitor on the concentration limits of flammability of hydrogen-oxygen-nitrogen mixtures were studied. It was demonstrated that the increase in the O2 concentration from 15 to 25 vol % extends the concentration limits of flammability. The effect of the regeneration of the inhibitor during combustion is discussed. More... »
