ABSTRACT

The joint study of the spatial heterogeneity and dynamics of the biometric parameters of soybean growth and productivity and the soil properties has shown that the thickness and bulk density of the subsurface horizon, which determine the accumulation of water in the root-inhabited layer and its dynamics at the critical stages of soybean growing during the vegetation period, mainly affect the growth dynamics of soybean plants on chernozems in Krasnodar region.
