ABSTRACT

The principle of operation and technical parameters of excilamps with a small-diameter output window from a series of portable narrow-band ultraviolet and vacuum ultraviolet radiation sources are described. An example of using a KrCl excilamp to excite photoluminescence of crystalline materials is given.
