ABSTRACT

We have identified general aspects of the composition dependences of the photostimulated luminescence intensity and decay time in the range 475–525 nm for Sr3.91–xEu0.04Tm0.05ErxAl13.36B0.64O25 solid solutions. The results have been used to develop a new blue-green photostimulated phosphor. After laser stimulation at 0.810 and 0.940 µm, it offers a longer afterglow duration in comparison with the FV-490M and FV-490DM industrial phosphors. More... »
