ABSTRACT

The surface conductivity of unmodified VO2 thermistor samples (Tg = 338–340 K) and those modified with a polyethylene glycol phthalate (PEGP) film in a γ-radiation field was studied. Metal-type surface conduction in the PEGP-modified VO2 powder samples was detected in the gamma-irradiated area at an ambient temperature (292–299 K).
