ABSTRACT

A study is made of the isotope exchange kinetics of tracer oxygen atoms between the gas phase and the CuO1−δ plane in the YBa2Cu3O7−δ crystal under isochronous and isothermal annealing. The parameters of the surface energy barrier for oxygen atoms are found.
