ABSTRACT

Three experiments are described; directional cloning of the luxR gene from the bioluminescent marine bacterium, Vibrio fischeri, directional cloning of the gfpgene from the marine jelly fish, Aequoria victoria, and the construction of a LuxR-GFP fusion protein.
