ABSTRACT

The main tasks performed for the automation of the Gas-Dynamic Trap Facility are described. The principles for the installation of the facility's existing and future control systems are considered. The design of the data-acquisition system, which is based on PC-compatible computers and supported by devices made to different technological standards, is reviewed.
