ABSTRACT

The Antología de la literatura fantástica by Borges, Ocampo and Bioy Casares, a work that marked a milestone in the history of the fantasy genre in Argentina due to its great influence, delights us with a series of stories - tales, fragments of novels, plays, fables, etc. - that includes a single text from Greco-Roman antiquity: the encounter with the werewolf narrated by Niceros during the dinner with Trimalchio in Petronius' Satyricon.
