ABSTRACT

Interventionelle diagnostische Techniken gehören heute in die Hand eines jeden, der (Endo‑)Sonographien durchführt. Neben der Kenntnis über die Grundlagen der verschiedenen Punktionstechniken und Materialverarbeitung sollte jedoch auch ein Augenmerk auf die Schnittstelle zum weiterbearbeitenden Pathologen geworfen werden. Insbesondere das Verständnis füreinander und das Wissen über Grenzen und Möglichkeiten einer Punktion und deren Materialbewertung kann bereits einen erheblichen Schritt zur Verbesserung des diagnostischen Ergebnisses erzielen. Der Artikel geht auf wesentliche Aspekte zu Punktionstechniken und Materialverarbeitung ein und gibt Tricks und Tipps zur Verbesserung der Methode. More... »
