ABSTRACT

Results of investigations of UV and VUV radiation sources (excilamps) based on inert gases and mixtures of inert gases with halides are presented. Conditions are described in which maximum radiation parameters are attained. Photoreactors and irradiators promising for application in medicine, agriculture, and gas industry have been developed based on the excilamps. More... »
