ABSTRACT

A design of an injection molding machine for the fabrication of complex-shaped parts from mixtures of thermoplastics and micro- and nanosized powders is presented. This machine provides uniform temperature distribution in the barrel and formation of parts with required qualitative characteristics. The machine was used to produce a pilot batch of paint spray nozzles from micro-and nanosized powders. More... »
