ABSTRACT

Based on the mathematical modeling, it has been shown that forces of gravity generated by overlying deposits in the course of sedimentation create prerequisites for the formation of subvertical fissuring areas in saliferous measures. Prognostic estimates of distribution of these areas over the deposit are made.
