ABSTRACT

A control of an eccentric flywheel that ensures the global asymptotically stability of the equilibrium position of the translational oscillator with rotating actuator is designed. It is shown that this control is robust. A method to estimate the robustness region in the space of system parameters of the mechanical system is proposed.
