ABSTRACT

Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Einsatz von Silikaten unter variablen Klimabedingungen gegen die gartenbaulichen Schädlinge Epilachna vigintioctopunctata (F.) und dem Asiatischen Baumwollwurm Spodoptera litura (F.). Die Schädlinge wurden mit den Substanzen „Fossil Shield® 90.0s“, „Advasan®“ sowie verschiedenen hydrophoben Formulierungen einer neuen Substanz namens „AL06“ (eine Eigenentwicklung im Fachgebiet Urbaner Gartenbau, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) in mit Gaze geschlossenen Versuchsgefäßen in Kontakt gebracht. Nach 48 Stunden Expositionsdauer konnte eine hundertprozentige Mortalität mit einigen Substanzen gegenüber adulten E. vigintioctopunctata erreicht werden. Auch die Larven des S. litura reagierten empfindlich auf die Silikatbehandlung. Die Mortalitätsrate war in allen Versuchen positiv dosisabhängig, wobei ab einer Dosis von 0,18 mg/cm2 kein linearer Zusammenhang festgestellt werden konnte. Generell erzielten hydrophobierte Silikate höhere Mortalitätsraten als unbehandelte hydrophile Verbindungen. Für mögliche zukünftige Anwendungen im Gartenbau müssen die Wahl der Silikate und mögliche phytotoxische Nebeneffekte berücksichtigt werden. More... »
