ABSTRACT

L’échographie semble remplir les conditions nécessaires d’un examen de surveillance: 1) elle est reproductible, fiable, non invasive, peu coûteuse; 2) ses résultats peuvent influencer l’attitude thérapeutique, voire même le pronostic et la survie des patients cirrhotiques; 3) l’utilisation du doppler est indispensable (liberté des veines, vitesse et sens du flux); 4) la description du système porte est nécessaire avant tout geste chirurgical chez un patient cirrhotique. Tous ces items doivent être systématiquement notés dans des comptes rendus standardisés afin d’avoir un suivi efficace des patients cirrhotiques. More... »
