ABSTRACTVarious N-bromo reagents [HMTAB, DABCO-bromine, DPTBE, and TBCA] were used as effective oxidizing agents for the oxidation of urazoles and bisurazoles to their corresponding triazolinediones under mild and heterogeneous conditions at room temperature with good to excellent yields.
