ABSTRACT

Monoclonal antibodies are monospecific antibodies. They are generated also by hybridoma technology. They are useful in target specific therapy against dangerous diseases. This property of monoclonal antibody offers us a new hope to combat deadly diseases where chemotherapy fails to produce specific treatment without adverse effects.
