AnalyseUne méthode d’évaluation de l’épaisseur de gaine restante pour la fabrication de coupleurs par champ évanescent est proposée. Un coupleur directif à facteur de couplage voisin de 99,99 % et une cavité en anneau de finesse 300 ont ainsi été réalisés.
