ABSTRACTLes sténoses coliques post-chirurgicales résultent principalement d’anastomoses réalisées à la pince anastomotique. Leur fréquence varie de 2 à 5 %. Le traitement de ces sténoses est habituellement chirurgical. La dilatation des sténoses coliques symptomatiques doit être réalisée après un délai de six mois; l’amélioration à court terme des symptômes, semble être la règle. Avant toute dilatation, il faut cependant s’assurer de l’absence de récidive néoplasique. Cette méthode pourrait être une alternative à la chirurgie. More... »
