ABSTRACT

In an attempt to apply a Regge-pole treatment to photoproduction it was found that in order to obtain the desired results massive photons have to be introduced into the theory thus allowing effects arising from longitudinal polarization of the photon. A new set of invariant amplitudes for the electroproduction of pions naturally suggest themselves from these considerations. More... »
