ABSTRACT

We have studied by means of co-ordinate transformations the high-dimensional centralizer subalgebras ofIO3,1; these are Lorentz transformations for the Poincaré and Euclidean subalgebras, while this is not the case for the Galilean one. All the subalgebras of the same family are seen to be conjugated. Introducing a four-vector in Minkowski space, we have been able to find the different Casimirs of the subalgebras from the Casimirs of the Poincaré algebra. More... »
