ABSTRACT

A strong enhancement at the (Σ)+ threshold is observed in missing mass spectra of the reaction pp→K+X experiment performed at the French Saturn National Lab (LNS). This effect is related to the coupling of the (Σ)+ and Λp channels. It could be the signature of a strangeS=−1 resonance the H1* (2130),SU(3) analog partner of the deuteron. More... »
