ABSTRACT

Treating the second electric moment of the proton electric charge distribution in the recentg′-quark model (Nuovo Cimento A99, 211 (1988);100, 477 (1988);101, 395 (1989)) the electric dipole moment is found to plausibly vanish, enhancing the interest in the Majorana limit,i.e. wheng′-quarks are self-conjugate. The semi-classical magnetic current is kept in this limit, with conservedQ(e) found previously. The anomalous magnetic moments are also retrieved and can be estimated by the same method as for the e.m. mass splitting, and are related by standard CA technique to low-energyN scattering.
