ABSTRACT

A Lagrangian formalism of the Bargmann-Wigner fields with spin 1/2, 1 and 3/2 is proposed and the relativistic quantization of the above fields is performed. It is pointed out that the Umezawa-Visconti formula for the highest derivative in the Green function fails to be true in the case of a field with spin 3/2. The electromagnetic interaction with the Bargmann-Wigner fields is also briefly discussed. More... »
