ABSTRACTSchlußfolgerungenWir präsentieren einen Patienten mit einer in der Weltliteratur noch nie beschriebenen Kombination des Organbefalls bei MEN 1. Zusätzlich fand sich bei diesem Patienten als besondere Seltenheit ein malignes Insulinom (bis dato wurden in der Weltliteratur erst 12 Fälle von MEN 1 mit malignem Insulinom beschrieben). Außerdem fand sich ein Phäochromozytom, das nur in 0,5% im Rahmen einer MEN 1 vorkommt. Zudem wurde ein Bronchuskarzinoid diagnostiziert. Diese kommen in erster Linie beim weiblichen Geschlecht vor, Männer erkranken fast ausschließlich an Thymuskarzinoiden. More... »
