ABSTRACT

Square quantum dots with one quantum point contact on each of the four sides have been investigated. The ballistic magnetoconductance of the dot is measured atT=0.03K. We model the system by a 2-dimensional Woods-Saxon-like square potential and discuss the classical electron dynamics.
