ABSTRACT

We have investigated the effect of the carrier substance concentration and of pH on the measurement instability of32P labelled samples in a dioxane—based scintillation solution during gradual changes of measurement geometry caused by adsorption of the measured substance on counting vial walls. The intervals of the carrier concentration and of pH of measured samples, insuring negligible measurement instability without diminishing the counting efficiency, were determined. More... »
