ABSTRACT

Ces franges graisseuses sont faciles à prélever et constituent un bon lambeau quand elles sont bien développées, car dans ce cas leur vascularisation est toujours suffisante. Par contre, il est impossible de préjuger à thorax fermé de l'existence et du volume de ces formations. Parmi les examens envisageables, la résonance magnétique nucléaire paraît la plus apte à résoudre ce problème.
