ABSTRACT

В работе изучается вл ияние кислорода, соде ржащегося в полупров одящей системе Bi2Te3−xSex на электрическ ие и термоэлектричес кие свойства. Показан о, что добавка окислов вызывает спа д электропроводност и, тогда как термоэлек тродвижущая сила не изменяется. Это влиян ие связано с уменьшен ием подвижности элек тронов, однако, концентрация электр онов в присутствии ки слорода не изменяетс я.
