ABSTRACT

A method is described for determining the antigen-specific proliferative response of murine cells to foreign antigens in vitro. Methods are given for immunizing mice and for preparing lymphoid cells. Culture of lymphoid cells with antigen and quantitation of the proliferative response by determination of the uptake of tritiated thymidine is described.
