ABSTRACT

Two eriophyid mites,Acaphylla theae andCalacarus carinatus, have been known for some time as important pests of tea. In recent years a third eriophyid,Acaphyllisa parindiae, has also become abundant. The vertical distribution of these three species on tea is examined.
