Bei einer peroralen Verabreichnung von 2 g CaNa2-EDTA täglich im einwöchigen Wechsel über den Zeitraum eines Jahres wurden der Serumeisen- und Kupferspiegel überfrüft. Eine statistisch signigfikante Änderung konnte nicht festgestellt werden.
