ABSTRACT

ConclusionsA dependence was found for the isomer composition of the quinolide peroxides formed upon the oxidation of 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenol on the coordination capacity of the metal compounds used for the oxidation and the medium. Kinetic measurements showed that the reaction of 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenoxyl with oxygen is accelerated in the presence of manganese diacetate. More... »
