ABSTRACT

ConclusionsChanging the character and magnitude of pressing pressure alters the physical properties of manganese-zinc ferrite parts. The density of compacts grows as nonisostatic pressing pressure is raised up to a certain value. With rise in pressing pressure the open and total porosities of specimens decrease and their initial magnetic permeability and maximum induction increase. The beneficial effect of use of isostatic pressure is linked with decreases in porosity and electromagnetic energy losses. More... »
