ABSTRACT

An der isolierten perfundierten Rattenniere wurde das Urin-pH durch Änderungen der H-Ionenkonzentration der Perfusionslösung auf verschiedene Werte eingestellt und dabei die Ausscheidungsgeschwindigkeit folgender Aminosäureester gemessen: l-Glycinmethylester, l-Glycinäthylester, l-Alaninäthylester, l-Valinmethylester. Es zeigte sich, daß die Ausscheidungsgeschwindigkeit aller vier Ester zunehmend kleiner wird, je alkalischer das Urin-pH ist. Der Quotient Esterclearance/Inulinclearance fiel dabei von Werten zwischen 4,0 und 5,0 bei einem Urin-pH zwischen 5,0 und 6,0 auf Werte unter 0,5, wenn das Urin-pH Werte von 7,3 bis 7,6 erreichte. Die Befunde sprechen für eine Beteiligung pH-abhängiger Diffusionsprozesse zwischen Tubuluslumen und Blut bei der Ausscheidung der untersuchten Aminosäureester, wie es für eine Reihe weiterer organischer Basen bekannt ist.
