ABSTRACT

Es wird über die klinische Anwendung einer beidseitigen simultanen scintigraphischen Funktionsdiagnostik der tränenableitenden Wege berichtet. Dazu werden dem Patienten je ein Tropfen 99mTc-Pertechnetat in physiologischer Kochsalzlösung in den Bindehautsack beider Augen pipettiert. Der Abtransport des Radioisotops wird mit einer Scintillationskamera verfolgt, deren Impulse in einen Kernspeicher übertragen werden. Dadurch ist neben einer Diagnose der Lokalisation einer Stenose im Bereich des Tränendrainagesystems eine genaue Analyse der Dynamik der Tränensekretion und des Tränenabflusses möglich. More... »
