ABSTRACT

Ein Verfahren zur Hexazotierung von Triamino-tritolyl-methanchlorid (Neufuchsin) wird beschrieben und die Anwendungsmöglichkeit des Hexazotats in der Fermenthistochemie geprüft. Dabei erwies sich Hexazonium-Neufuchsin in Verbindung mit Substraten der Naphthol-AS-Reihe als ausgezeichneter und den bislang üblichen Diazoniumsalzen hinsichtlich der Lokalisationsschärfe sowie der Eigenschaften des resultierenden Azofarbstoffs weit überlegener Kupplungspartner beim Nachweis der alkalischen Phosphatase.
