ABSTRACT

Die Autoren haben eine einfache Modifikation der Methode von Mauzerall und Granick ausgearbeitet, die die Zeitdauer der Analyse auf 20 min verkürzt. Die Präzision dieser Modifikation beträgt 5,8 %, der durchschnittliche Wiedergewinnungswert 96,5%. Parallel durchgefüihrte Analysen mit der originalen and modifizierten MauzerallGranick-Methode im Harn von bleiexponierten Arbeitern haben eine völlige Übereinstimmung der Ergebnisse gezeigt.
