ABSTRACT

Während einer 2 1/2 stündigen Perfusion isolierter Rattennieren nehmen die Stärke der Autoregulation des Perfusionsvolumenstromes und die mit der Mikrofluorescenzmethode (Falck u. Owman, 1965) nachweisbaren Catecholamingranula in den Gefäßnerven ab. Nieren, die durch Vorbehandlung der Spendertiere mit Reserpin, α-Methyl-m-Tyrosin und Tyramin catecholaminverarmt waren, ergaben Autoregulationskurven im Druck-Volumenstromdiagramm, die sich von denen unvorbehandelter Nieren nicht unterscheiden ließen. Der Zusatz von Angiotensin zur Perfusionslösung bewirkte sowohl bei unvorbehandelten als auch bei catecholaminverarmten Nieren eine Vasoconstriction. Der Zusatz von Pharmaka, die die Freisetzung von Catecholaminen aus der postganglionären Faser verhindern sollen, wie Cocain, Guanethidin und Bretylium, blieb ohne Wirkung auf die Autoregulation. Zusatz der die α-Receptoren blockierenden Substanzen Dibenamin und Regitin schaltete die Autoregulation reversibel aus, bei erhaltener Erregbarkeit der Vasomotoren durch elektrische Reize. Die Befunde sprechen gegen die früher diskutierte Annahme, daß Catecholamine eine Überträgerfunktion bei der Auslösung der druckinduzierten autoregulativen Erhöhung des Strömungswiderstandes in der Rattenniere haben, lassen jedoch die Möglichkeit offen, daß Angiotensin eine solche Funktion hat.
