ABSTRACT

Current computer technology enables, in principle, to calculate the force fields of medium size molecules using purely quantum mechanics approach. Nevertheless, in the case of larger molecules, to achieve satisfactory correspondence of the calculated results with the experimental data, one must face the problem of computational efficiency.
