ABSTRACT

In this paper, we present H band observations of cD galaxies with cooling flows. We imaged these galaxies with the Near Infrared Grism Spectrometer and Imager (GRIM) on the Astrophysical Research Consortium (ARC) Apache Point observatory 1.8 meter telescope. These images are part of a program to use near infrared and optical colors to investigate the stellar populations of cD galaxies. More... »
