ABSTRACT

Several models of hybrid artificial grafts were developed, which were prepared from vascular cell types and collagen on artiificial grafts. Tissue regeneration potentials of these models, including time-dependent cellular segregation, orientation and phenotypic alteration and production and self-assembling of extracellular matrix components such as collagen and elastin were throughly studied.
