Der Erfolg epilepsiechirurgischer Eingriffe hängt wesentlich von der Genauigkeit der prächirurgischen Lokalisation epileptogener Zonen ab. Daher werden zahlreiche diagnostische Verfahren eingesetzt, die eine Fülle unterschiedlicher morphologischer und pathophysiologischer Informationen liefern. So können intrakraniell piazierte EEG-Elektroden oft eine epileptisch aktive Hirnregion anzeigen. Auch das MEG kann Ursprung und Propagation epileptiformer Entladungen erfassen. More... »
