AUTHORS ABSTRACTWärmeübertrager sind Apparate, in denen ein Fluid erwärmt oder abgekühlt wird. In Industrieöfen ist ein Fluid ein fluidisierter granularer Feststoff wie bei Drehrohröfen oder ein transportiertes stückiges Gut. Das Heiz‐ oder Kühlmedium ist in der Regel ein anderes Fluid. Verdampft oder kondensiert ein Fluid dabei, ist der Wärmeübergangskoeffizient so hoch, dass die Wandtemperatur als annähernd konstant angesehen werden kann. Die Temperaturunterschiede im Querschnitt des Fluids können vernachlässigt werden. Dessen Temperatur ändert sich somit nur mit der Strömungslänge. More... »
